We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched from Christchurch, New Zealand.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

5–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
International shipping (Australia)
Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to customs inspection or import requirements, which can occasionally cause delays outside our control.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient if they apply.
(Realistically food shipments rarely get taxed at your price point, but this line protects you.)
Damaged items
We take care to pack all orders securely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
